My child attended photo day and I haven’t received my proofs- where are they?
We email you a proof gallery link with your gallery password 2-3 weeks after photo day. Sometimes our email links end up getting filtered into “spam” or so be sure to check your “junk” and “promotions” tabs in your inbox. If you still haven’t received our link, email us at info@shanecroskeryphotography.com and provide us with your child’s name and their school or club name.
What payment options are available for purchasing my photos?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Visa Debit Card payments via our secure online payment system. If none of these options are possible, we can arrange payment via e-transfer.
How long do I have to place my order?
There is an order deadline date shown in your gallery invite email that is 10-14 days from when your proofs were posted online. Pictures are online for approximately 40 days total, but orders placed after the due date will be charged a late order charge and shipping fees.
What delivery options are available?
If you order before the order due date given for your club, we offer a Pick up at Club/School option (when possible) at no charge. *This option is not available if you are ordering after your due date.
We offer two Ship to Home options:
1-Standard Shipping to your home for a flat rate of $3.95 through Canada Post. Unfortunately, package tracking is not included with this option.
2-Xpresspost Shipping to your home for a flat rate of $13.65 through Canada Post with package tracking.
When will I get my photos?
Your photos are ready for shipping 3 weeks after the order due date. We will send you an email notifying you that they have shipped.
